Personal Bio

Yvans Conde is a contemporary fashion designer based in Nairobi, working with the ‘semi’  eponymous brand name of Tausi Conde.  TAUSI is swahili for Peacock,  a bird of rare beauty and elegance and that is exactly what I strive for when doing my art. TausiCondeis a contemporary fashion and costume design brand  based in Nairobi. The signature look for TausiConde is minimal but cutting edge working mostly with sartorial plains.Just like a peacock, a bird of rare beauty which symbolizes power, strength, confidence and even divinity in different cultures,  we believe that every TausiConde design should make its wearer feel exactly that way.
